This season marks the first time partner farmer Peter has separated his harvest into a pure selection of classic Kenyan varieties SL28 and SL34 from Kamavindi Estate in Embu. By purchasing the farm's Ruiru 11 for another project, we created the opportunity to experience these legendary varietals with greater clarity—revealing blackberries, red apple, and floral notes in a cup that honors partnership over simple selection.
