This washed microlot comes from the Sidamo region of Ethiopia, where small family farms practice traditional "garden coffee" cultivation alongside food crops like enset and legumes. Collected at the Shantawane washing station near Bensa, this coffee showcases endemic varieties and Jarc grown at approximately 1950 meters. The cup delivers a bright, sunny character with citrus, orange marmalade, and floral notes wrapped in a delicate texture—ideal for filter brewing methods like V60 or Chemex.
