Grown at Finca Deborah in Panama’s Chiriquí region, this Bourbon coffee matures slowly under dense shade and rich volcanic soil to develop extraordinary sweetness. Producer Jamison Savage uses a clean washed process to highlight the variety’s natural clarity, while an ultra-light roast lets delicate nuances shine through. The cup offers vibrant red fruits, crisp orange peel, and elegant citrus acidity.
