Roaster notes

Kello Siko comes from Siko Washing Station in Uraga, Guji, Ethiopia, where cherries are sourced from around 500 neighboring farmers at 2100 to 2250 meters above sea level. The station works with small nearby farms, most about half to two hectares, keeping the lot closely tied to the surrounding highland landscape. After careful wet fermentation and washing, the coffee develops a silky, floral structure with layered sweetness—moving through baked orange, apricot candy, peach iced tea, honey, cocoa, and stone fruit jam before finishing bright and polished.
