This washed Caturra from Finca Limoncillo in Nicaragua's Matagalpa region delivers a sweet, steady cup with strong toffee notes, roasted hazelnuts, and hints of red apple finishing with cacao nibs. Produced by the Mierisch family on their farm nestled among waterfalls, this coffee is washed at source then de-pulped, fermented overnight, and dried on raised beds.
