This washed coffee from La Soledad farm in Acatenango, Guatemala grows at 1,500 meters between two volcanoes where ash enriches the soil. The Pérez family has cultivated this land for 120 years, producing a transparent yet round cup with chocolate-like aroma and crisp pink apple notes. Flavors of dried cherry and roasted cacao nibs lead to a lingering apple aftertaste.
