The farm's Gloria Rodrigues replanted this area with yellow Caturra a decade ago, discovering that the lighter-colored cherries reflect more sunlight than red ones—a factor influencing the coffee's distinctive character. This lot has earned recognition in El Salvador's Cup of Excellence competitions.
