Roaster notes

This is a multi-origin blend crafted by Drents Bakkie, combining certified beans from five countries across Central and South America—Nicaragua, Honduras, Peru, and Colombia—with coffee from Congo in Central Africa. The Latin American coffees contribute rich chocolate and caramel tones to the cup, while the African component adds a subtle fruit character. Roasted for approximately twelve minutes at around 220 degrees Celsius in an artisanal roaster, this blend delivers balanced complexity with notes of sweetness and brightness.
