This washed coffee from Peru's Incahuasi Valley comes from Finca Eucalipto Pata, grown by Nicacio Moreano at 2,170 meters. The rare SL9 variety—once called "Inca Gesha" but genetically linked to a historic Kenyan selection—is celebrated for its intensely floral profile and remarkable clarity in the cup. Fully ripened cherries are dry-fermented in their own mucilage before being washed and dried on raised beds at high altitude.
