This Rocket Summer Kenya hails from Tinganga Farm in Kiambu County, where Sasini PLC has cultivated coffee since 1952 on rich volcanic soil at 1830 metres above sea level. The cherries are fully washed and sun-dried on raised beds, yielding a vibrant cup with notes of black currant, Demerara brown sugar, and black tea. Managed sustainably through eco-friendly practices like shade tree planting and organic fertiliser production from coffee pulp, this lot showcases the distinctive character of Kenyan highland coffee.
