Sourced from the high-altitude region of Cusco in Peru, this coffee is cultivated on El Progreso farm by Agustín and his wife. Their dedication to traditional methods, including selective hand-picking and shade-drying, preserves the bean's integrity while honoring ancestral roots. The resulting cup offers a vibrant profile characterized by notes of green apple, orange, and chestnut.
