El Obraje Caturra Washed
Roaster notes
Pablo Guerrero pioneered coffee cultivation in the Tangua area of Nariño, transforming his family’s Hacienda El Obraje into a specialty producer after years of experimentation with high-altitude growing conditions. The volcanic terrain and significant daily temperature shifts contribute to this washed Caturra’s complex character. Expect a bright cup defined by crisp green apple and orange notes, balanced by a distinct candy-like sweetness.
