This Brazilian coffee comes from various farmers across the Minas Gerais region, where beans are carefully sorted by size and quality before undergoing decaffeination through the ethyl acetate or sugar cane process—a natural solvent derived as a byproduct of sugar cane production that bonds with and removes caffeine while preserving flavor. The resulting cup offers rich notes of nougat, plum, and pecan.
