This washed coffee from Christian Mora at Union de Cafetaleros in Costa Rica's Tarrazú region offers delicate notes of green apple, elderflower and apricot. The micro-mill cooperative was formed by nine dedicated producers who focus on preparing the next generation for coffee production while delivering high-quality beans. The well-defined rainy and dry seasons create ideal growing conditions that result in uniform ripeness across the coffee cherries.
