This Colombian coffee from the Risaralda region features a distinctive mixed fermentation technique where pre-prepared sourdough is added to the cherries for a 170-hour process incorporating yeast and microbes from pineapple and banana. The result delivers a playful cup reminiscent of banana milkshake, with tasting notes of banana, toffee, caramel, and pineapple that shine beautifully alongside milk.
