This single-origin coffee comes from the Rumu Damo washing station in Ethiopia's Guji region, processed using an anaerobic washed method at 2000 meters altitude. The result is a silky, clean cup with vibrant notes of apricot, bright citrus, and smooth toffee that showcase the unique character of Ethiopian local landraces grown at high elevation.
