This Modern Espresso hails from Ethiopia's Guji region, produced by Hadeso using washed processing methods on JARC varieties grown at high altitude. The cup delivers a sweet and tealike character with bright notes of cranberry, apricot, and lemon zest. This concept changes throughout the season—sometimes featuring single origins, sometimes blends—but always offers a creamy, sweet profile with balanced acidity and low bitterness.
