Alberto Calderon manages the 10-hectare La Esmeralda farm in the village of La Estrella at 1440 metres elevation. As a second-generation producer who acquired his farm three decades ago, he is part of Cuatro Vientos, a family-owned business offering microlots and regional blends. This Colombian coffee delivers a creamy and sweet cup with notes of toffee, raspberry and Bosc pear, processed anaerobically after handpicking and floating the cherries.
