This natural-processed coffee from Papua New Guinea's Eastern Highlands showcases a vibrant, winey character with hints of cola, dark chocolate, and tropical fruit. The Baroida Coffee Estate sits at approximately 1,691 meters in the Lamari River valley, where it was established in the 1960s by Ben Colbran and is now run by his son Nicol. Named after a local spirit believed to reside in an unmovable river rock that has withstood floods for generations, this estate produces coffee alongside thousands of smallholder farmers in the surrounding mountains.
