Sourced from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, this coffee is cultivated by fourth-generation producers Juana and Minga Mendez at their Finca Mendez. The sisters carefully hand-pick ripe cherries and process them using a natural method on raised beds to ensure even drying. This meticulous approach yields a vibrant cup characterized by bright strawberry notes and sweet dried stone fruit.
