Roaster notes

A honeyed Guatemalan coffee from El Durazno farm in Huehuetenango, built around white-honey Bourbon grown at 1,700m and dried slowly on raised beds. The lightest end of honey processing leaves most mucilage intact during drying, creating a clean cup that retains the sugars and body this method is known for. Expect thick, syrupy notes with nut-and-caramel forward character.
