Grown at 1350 meters among guava trees that influence its aromatic character, this natural anaerobic-processed lot delivers an intense and refined cup with notes of guava, black prune, lime, and cocoa. The estate's innovative approach to microlot production creates a distinctive profile while maintaining sustainable practices including solar energy use and reforestation efforts.
