Roaster notes

This Ethiopian coffee from SIKO village offers a light, hoppy and floral cup with bright nectarine and peach notes. The relatively young coffee trees are nurtured through remarkable agro-ecology, shade-grown under false banana trees among other traditional shade species. This washed lot has been a sought-after offering that returned to the lineup after being difficult to secure in previous years.
