This washed coffee comes from the Kii Washing Station at the foot of Mount Kenya in Embu, where smallholder farmers grow SL28, Ruiru 11, and Batian varieties on rich volcanic soils. The cup delivers vivid blackcurrant intensity with softer blueberry sweetness, rounded out by pomegranate brightness and a floral rosehip finish that lingers beautifully as the coffee cools.
