From San Augustin in Huila, Colombia, this coffee comes from Karen Burbano's Finca El Placer, where she continues her family's fourth-generation tradition of specialty coffee growing. Her Pink Bourbon cherries are wet fermented and washed, then dried on raised beds in the shade, resulting in a cup with aromatic notes of rose hips and red berries.
