This washed coffee from Ethiopia's Gedeo Zone arrives via the Eva Gotiti Wet Coffee Processing Station, a facility established in 2022 that works with smallholder farmers across the region. In the cup, white peach leads soft and aromatic, followed by cooked strawberry's warmer intensity, while fig adds quiet richness to the mid-palate before rhubarb brings clean acidity to the finish.
