This washed coffee from Ethiopia's Sidamo region offers a cup characterized by notes of blackcurrant and dark chocolate. Grown at altitudes between 1,500 and 2,200 meters on volcanic soil that provides essential nutrients to the Heirloom variety trees, this lot is cultivated exclusively by small farmers whose families earn a secure income through their work.
