This coffee is a hidden gem from the mountains around Colombia's Huila volcano. Isolated for years in guerrilla territory, local farmers developed their craft independently—still growing traditional Caturra and Typica varieties rather than Castillo common elsewhere. The well-balanced roast offers dark chocolate and berry notes as espresso, or a clean, fresh finish brewed through filter.
