Ethiopia - Tabe Burka Washed
Roaster notes
This washed coffee comes from the Tabe Burka washing station in Uraga, Ethiopia's Guji region, where small local producers grow heirloom varieties at 1850–2000 meters among food crops. Hand-picked within 10–20 km of the station and processed with fresh mountain water before slow drying on raised beds, it delivers an elegant, clean cup with tea-like florals, bright citrus acidity, and juicy notes of peach and butterscotch sweetness in the finish.
