Roaster notes

Kii Factory, owned by Rungeto Farmers Cooperative Society, produces fully washed coffees at the foot of Mt. Kenya where members cultivate cherry from 1,310 to 1,900 meters above sea level. Smallholders handpick only ripe cherry that undergoes meticulous visual sorting before being pulped and fermented for approximately 16-24 hours, then washed in clean water from the nearby Kii River. Parchment dries on raised beds over approximately 14 days with frequent raking to ensure even drying.
