#92 Silvio Sanchez, Nicaragua: x1 Drip Coffee Bag

Roaster notes

Silvio Sanchez studied agronomy and purchased this secluded land in Northern Nicaragua's mountainous region alongside his mother through savings and a loan. The purpose-built farm grows primarily Catuaí with rare micro-lots of Java varietal from Indonesia, producing floral, Ethiopian-like notes in the cup. Four years after planting brought the first harvest as quality continues to develop.
