Finca Las Torres is a high-elevation farm owned by the Ureña Rojas family in Costa Rica's Chirripó region at 1,550 masl. The family developed their own honey process, skipping the washing stage and leaving mucilage intact during drying on raised beds for 5–6 days before finishing on patios. This approach yields a naturally sweet, silky-bodied cup with notes of peach, honey, and black tea.
