Finca La Guamara sits in Toledo within Colombia's Norte de Santander region, where Caturra cherries are grown at 1700–2100 meters above sea level and processed using the washed method. The high altitude allows beans to develop slowly into a dense structure that delivers a full-bodied, balanced cup with bright lemon notes complemented by dark chocolate, nutmeg, and raisin undertones. This Excelso-graded lot offers medium-to-large bean size and consistent quality, roasted to work beautifully as espresso or filter coffee.
