This single-origin coffee comes from nine partner producers within the Coopfam cooperative, all located in the Carmo do Cachoeira region of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The high-altitude farms dry their cherries on drying patios before delivery to the cooperative for further processing. The cup showcases roasted hazelnut and caramel sweetness with bright pear notes.
