This washed Bourbon Aji from the family-run Patio Bonito farm in Caldono, Cauca delivers a round, creamy cup with bright citrus and Mirabelle plum notes. The Trujillo family—Carlos Arturo and his daughter Paola—have cultivated coffee for nearly 50 years, with Paola helping refine their fermentation process after working as a Q-grader and buyer. The result is a velvety-textured coffee with juicy aromatics and a sweet, lightly floral finish that earned an 87-point cupping score.
