This natural-process coffee from Tanzania's Edelweiss Estate features whole cherries pre-fermented for 24 hours beneath black tarpaulins before slow sun-drying over 25-26 days. The dried beans rest in hermetic storage until milling, yielding a silky smooth cup brimming with ripe stone fruits and a boozy richness that lingers on the palate.
