Grown on small plots in the highland region of Arbegona at 2,200 metres above sea level, this naturally processed coffee benefits from cooler conditions that slow cherry maturation, allowing sugars to develop gradually before the fruit is dried whole. The result is a classic natural Ethiopian profile: juicy, floral and fruit-driven with a clean finish.
