Roaster notes

This washed coffee from Mexico’s Sierra Mazateca region was originally a component of our house blend but proved so delightful that we decided to showcase it on its own. It represents the combined efforts of producers from the indigenous Mazatec community, whose name translates to "the deer people." The cup offers a beautiful balance of blackberry and red apple sweetness, rounded out by a comforting note of roasted almond.
