At Kii Factory in Kenya, smallholders handpick only dense, fully ripe cherry that passes strict inspection before being pulped and fermented for 16–24 hours. Washed with clean water from the Kii River and slowly dried over roughly 14 days under the African sun, this coffee delivers a bright, fruity cup with depth and character.
