From Finca Kilimanjaro in Santa Ana, El Salvador, this 2025 harvest showcases Aida Batlle's renowned cultivation of Kenyan varieties like SL28 among heritage Bourbon trees. Under her careful supervision, only ripe cherries were hand-picked and shade-dried on African drying beds at the J. Hill / Las Tres Puertas mill in Santa Ana. The result is an exceptional filter coffee revealing notes of cocoa nibs, lavender, and red berries with a creamy mouthfeel, pronounced sweetness, and long, pleasant finish.
