Las Brisas comes from Wilmer Cuellar in Acevedo, southern Huila region of Colombia. On his farm he grows the direct traded Bourbon Aji variety—a rare Ethiopian landrace that is genetically not a Bourbon despite its name. Processed as Natural with minimal fermentation to preserve delicate aromatics, this coffee delivers pronounced sweetness with notes of plum, dried fruits, grape, and caramel.
