With help from their friend Daniel, the roasters have gained access to this fantastic Ethiopian coffee from Sidama. Previously only available as part of their Amokka Crema base blend, it is now offered as a single origin. In Haji Suleiman, characteristic of Sidama coffees, you'll find an elegant sweet floral aroma with notes of stone fruit and berries, clear acidity perfectly balanced with full body and long finish.
