Sourced from Finca Nogales in Colombia’s Huila region, this Caturra lot is decaffeinated using a natural “mosto” method derived from coffee pulp to preserve its inherent sweetness and clarity. The cup presents a fruit-forward character with distinct notes of red grape and lychee, offering a rounder, creamier mouthfeel that feels deeper and softer than lighter varieties.
