This Caturra decaf comes from Finca Nogales in Bruselas, Pitalito, Huila at 1770 masl. The beans are carefully picked and washed with a 24-hour fermentation before being sun-dried on raised beds. Using the "mosto" method derived from coffee pulp, this decaf preserves sweetness while delivering red grape and lychee flavors with a creamy, cushiony mouthfeel.
