This single-origin coffee from Mexico's Chiapas region is crafted with a fully washed, sun-dried process that highlights its clean, vibrant character. The light-medium roast brings forth bright fruit flavors of raspberry and plum, complemented by subtle cola notes on the finish. Grown at 1700 meters altitude in clay mineral soil, this coffee showcases the distinctive terroir of Chiapas through its balanced acidity and fruity sweetness.
