This bright, tea-like coffee comes from El Rocío farm in Tulipe, Ecuador, where Julio Ullauri has been growing Sidra since 2015 and manages every step of the process himself. Part of the Saoko series featuring rare nanolot coffees with exceptional complexity and clarity, this lot delivers a clean and delicate cup with notes of lime, quince, and oolong.
