Alemayehu Daniel and his eleven brothers produce this dry-processed coffee on their family plantation in southern Ethiopia. The coffee has an intense fruitiness which allows it to shine as flat white or filter coffee. This roast profile was developed with Alp Giray Tabakoglu of AILA Coffee Roasters.
