This dark roast espresso blend hails from Huila, Colombia, where it is produced by women smallholder farmers working with the Coocentral Cooperative. Fully washed and dried on raised beds at 1800 meters altitude, this coffee delivers a developed, full-bodied cup with intense dark chocolate notes balanced by sticky prune jam sweetness that lingers long after each sip. A portion of proceeds supports workshops empowering women producers in leadership, farm management, and quality development.
