This decaffeinated coffee comes from the Sul de Minas region of Brazil, where Mundo Novo and Catuai varieties are grown at 900-1000 meters altitude. After natural processing following both manual and mechanical harvest, the beans undergo gentle CO2 decaffeination that preserves aromatic integrity while removing caffeine. The result is a harmonious cup with notes of dark chocolate and dried fruits, offering a refined mouthfeel perfect for enjoying coffee's pleasure without caffeine at any time of day.
