Private Collection El Velo is a mix of high-performing Geisha washed microlots from Hacienda La Esmeralda's El Velo Farm in Panama. Each microlot was washed and dried at Hacienda La Esmeralda's mill in Palmira, then selected by Daniel and Rachel Peterson after many days of cupping. The cup is intensely floral and perfumed, with jasmine and lavender leading the profile alongside creamy sweetness that reads as candied sugar or soft dairy notes, while bright mandarin and ripe stone-fruit bring juicy lift with delicate violet accents adding refinement.
